Gymnastics is an awesome sport that not only develops strength, coordination and flexibility but builds confidence and a positive self esteem.  We will treat each and every child as an individual while instilling goal setting skills. At Roots Gymnastics our intentions are to help each child discover the joy of physical fitness in order to establish the roots of healthy living.

Roots offers gymnastics classes to all ages all abilities, boys and girls gymnastics, competitive gymnastics, Just For Boys classes, competitive girls classes, mommy/daddy and me classes, open gym, birthday parties and more!
