Little Sprouts Program (Age: 12
months-6yrs)
This program is designed for children age 12
months to 6 years old. All classes will maintain an
average of 7:1 child to coach ratio and are usually 45-60
min, 1x per week.This program is designed to
teach coordination, balance, agility, positive self-esteem, body awareness
and confidence. Through movement, obstacle courses, basic skills,
games, use of child size equipment, trampoline these young children will
build skills for lifelong success. The Little Sprouts classes include:
♥Pea and the Pod (Age 12 months-3 yrs, 45
min)
This class requires parent participation.
It’s a terrific way to bond and introduce your child to physical movement
and development. It’s a fun way to be active with your little
one.
♥Tumbleweeds (Age 3-6, 60 min)
I love my independence! This will be fun and
motivating for children without mom or dad and just being with peers.
Children in this class will continue to develop working independently while
learning basic gymnastics skills. It’s a great way to improve listening
skills in order to help prepare for kindergarten.
♥Cartwheels and Crafts (Age 3-5, 60 min)
Kick up those heels and express yourself! The first 30 minutes of this
class is spent having fun in the gym learning and developing basic skills,
before moving on for the next 30 minutes to try out your child’s creative
side making a special craft.
♥Splits, Flips and Stories (Age 3-5, 60 min)
Flip into the fun. Have your child experience a class that they will surly
love. During this time we spend approximately 40 minutes in the gym before
we move on to read a fun and integrative story. This class will teach new
gymnastic skills while also helping your child develop his or her attention
span listening to a wonderful book that will last approximately 15 minutes.
♥Just For Boys (Age 4-7, 60min)
Come build your strength and flexibility. Boys
are welcome to test their skills and develop techniques that will help them
build their strength and agility for future sports not just gymnastics!
This class in 60 minutes long and promises lots of energy and fun.
♥Ballet Gym (Age 4-7)
Try two great activities in one class! This is
fun way to introduce ballet and tumbling. The first ½ hour will be spent at
All Stars dance studio doing barre and floor work, while the second ½ hour
will be spent in the gym discovering new ways to build strength and
flexibility.
♥Root Development (Age 3-6, 30-45 min)
This 30 to 45 minute long program is meant to
stimulate the mind and the body for children with special needs. This class
will focus on fine and gross motor skills as well as strengthening eye hand
coordination. There is a limit of four children to a class to allow for more
one on one attention. Your child will benefit from the caring, knowledgeable
instructors that make the gymnasium a comfortable, safe, happy place that
you and your child will love.
♥Field Trips (45-60 min)
Calling all playgroups, preschool groups or just
a fun activity for stay at home mothers. Children will spend 45-60 minutes
in the gym developing basic skills and having a great time with peers. By
appointment only.
