Competitive Teams

Good evening,
1. Attached are the rotation sheets for the April 20-21, 2024 Roots Spring-Tacular Invitational being held at Leicester HS Gymnasium at 955 Main Street in Leicester, MA. There is limited parking, so carpooling is encouraged when possible. 

2. There is a CASH ONLY Spectator Fee of $15 for ages 12-60, and $10 for all others. There is NO ATM, so please prepare accordingly.

3. Awards are presented on the floor immediately following the final session’s competitor, so we ask patience of the incoming session’s spectators. The athletes will be invited to begin their running warm-up on the competitive floor behind the awards back drop, but there should be sufficient time. 

4. Levels 1-3 and XB will warm-up on one set of UB/BB, and compete on the other. Coaches asking for a 30 second touch will be flogged. 

5. The athlete’s gift is a voucher for a white meet T-shirt, which can be used towards upgrading to sweatshirts, hoodies, etc. 

6. Scanning of each coach’s USAG Membership Card QR code at the Admissions Table will be required to sign-in and receive a credential. Having it on your phone makes things move more smoothly. 

7. No athlete from a club carrying any balance will be allowed to compete. Please help us avoid an uncomfortable situation. 

8. Some parents feel entitled to enter the competition area to bring water bottles, fix ponytails, etc. Please educate them this is never allowed as a safety concern for all athletes. 

9. Please share any scratches ahead of time to help us create a smooth experience for the athletes and their families. Substitutions are always an option where space allows.
