Birthday Party Quick facts

• A non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking.​

  • Remaining balance will be due at party check in.

• Parties are exclusively geared towards the birthday child's age and all age limits will be observed. This is to ensure the safety of all attendees.

• Roots Gymnastics will supply in-gym fun hosted by our party leaders, invitations, and party host during your celebration time. You will be responsible for all flatware, paper products, food, and decorations. 

• All participants (ages 8 months - 8 years) must have a safety waiver completed by their legal parent/guardian waiver on file prior to the start of the party. Instructions to send to your guests will be provided

• Gym time will be the first 45 minutes - 1 hour of the party. This time starts at your party time. 

• Parties will be offered on Saturday afternoons at our East Longmeadow facility located at 126 Industrial Drive in East Longmeadow.
