Below are all necessary reminders before your big day!
APPAREL: T-Shirt, apparel, and leotard orders are available for pick up at the front desk, please allow for a few extra minutes before the show to pick up your order. If you do not have any Roots gear, please have your child dressed as they would for class.
ARRIVAL: We kindly ask that you please do not arrive more than 20 minutes prior to your scheduled show time. But at a minimum, we request that you arrive 15 minutes early to check in your gymnast. This is to allow families to clear from our previous show and to ensure parking. Upon arrival, we will check in all the gymnasts in the gym. From here they will head to the back of the gym to prepare for the show!

PARKING: We are expecting a full house for these shows. Overflow parking is available in two locations. 1) In the dirt lot next to the UTZ Building (225 Root Rd), please do NOT park in their paved lot. 2) Through the nature trail at Roots Athletic Center (181 Root Road). Please do not arrive more than 20 minutes early to help with parking lot flow.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS REMDINERS: Bleacher and bench seating will be available in the gym, in the lobby, and the upstairs mezzanine. Please no flash photography! Be aware of the level changes in the gym and be sure to watch your step. After the show, we will open the floor for photos, there will be no gymnastics at this time. No food or beverages in the gym.
PEA AND THE POD REMDINERS: During the shows we will expect you to help keep your little gymnast safe and with their groups. Your instructor will be able to take them through the routines. When in the gym, please keep in mind the change of levels and to always watch your step. Please refrain from using any of the equipment.
